Many like to engage in a little fishing during their cruises in Asia, however, for the serious fishing enthusiast we recommend highly specialised big-game fishing charters. These are available in some world-class, big-game fishing grounds both in the Andaman Sea, departing from Phuket, and the South China Sea departing from Singapore, Tioman, or Kota Kinabalu.

There are numerous surfing destinations in Asia, but one country stands out above all others: Indonesia. Indeed, except for Hawaii, it is well established that no other nation on Earth is so rich in perfect, challenging waves for accomplished surfers. If you want nothing short of the worlds "best surf trip" then Indonesia's Mentawai islands, on the west coast of Sumatra, is the place for you.

Regattas and races that are organised every year in Asia, and some of the parties that go with these regattas are legendary.
