Kings Cup Regatta, Thailand (December)
Thailand plays host to an ever-increasing number of regattas, but the King's Cup is the first and foremost of them all. The King's Cup remains Asia's biggest keelboat regatta, attracting over 100 yachts and an international cast of owners, crew and charterers.

Phang Nga Bay Regatta, Thailand (January)
The 'fun regatta' is known for its amazing beach parties, the racing is considered secondary to the passage through the magnificent islands of the bay. Today the fleet has increased to over 50 boats.

Koh Samui Regatta, Thailand (June)
The Koh Samui Regatta is in its 7th year and it is still growing. A mixture of passage and buoy racing in the Gulf of Thailand in conjunction with a variety of good parties held at some of the classiest resorts on the Island.

Six Senses Phuket Raceweek, Thailand (July)
Taking advantage of the good southwest monsoon breezes off Phuket's south east coast during the low season this regatta brings four days of racing where competitors can experience five nights of seaside parties at Evason Phuket's 'Into the Beach' venue, complete with free-flow of drinks. Amongst the IRC racers there will also be classes for charter yachts, out and out cruisers plus corporate boats can be arranged to entertain sponsors.

Darwin to Ambon, Australia/Indonesia (July)
The great tradition of races departing northward from Darwin was started in 1973 with the Darwin to Dili race. Since then the 600 mile downwind race to the historical capital of the "spice islands" has been dominated by stories of "champagne sailing", overwhelming hospitality, lovely friendly people, scenic beauty, the cultural diversity of Indonesia.

RSYC Regatta, Singapore (July)
The RSYC Regatta is Singapore's largest and premier keelboat event and attracts the cream of Singapore's keelboat racing community with an exciting line-up of sport boats, racing and cruising yachts. This regatta attracts all comers, ranging from solo sailors to the serious racers and leisure cruisers.

China Coast Regatta, Hong Kong - China (October)
China Coast Race Week is organised by the Royal Hong Kong Yacht Club and comprises China Coast Regatta and an Offshore Category 1 race to Hainan, China. The Regatta consists of 3 days of racing in consistent 15 to 20 knot breezes on windward / leeward and Island courses in around Hong Kong. Race Week culminates with a Category 1 Offshore race to Hainan Island, one of China's most popular tourist spots. Boats are welcome to enter the full series or either of its constituent parts.

Raja Muda Regatta, Malaysia (October)
This annual island-hopping regatta for racing class, cruisers, multihulls and classics is held along the west coast of peninsula Malaysia. Starting from the Royal Selangor Yacht Club in Port Klang (Kuala Lumpur) and finishing up in Langkawi. There are 3 coastal passages combined with a 4 race inshore program on the way in Pangkor, Penang and Langkawi. This long running format was initially designed to improve Malaysian sailors coastal navigation and develop their offshore seamanship skills further.

Borneo Yachting Challenge, Malaysia (August)
This relatively new yachting event is jointly organized by the State of Sarawak on Borneo and the Federal Territory Island of Labuan is another joining the growing number of Asian events to promote regional marine and sporting tourism. The program starts in Labuan and includes a offshore race from Labuan to Miri plus a number of day races in Miri.
